Seed Planting Information:

When and Where to Plant:
Start seeds indoors or in a hot bed 10-12 weeks before last frost. Set plants out after last frost. For later crop, sow directly outdoors in sunny location after last frost. Cultivate soil deeply and enrich with vegetable food and firm soil over seed.
Care, Harvesting and Storage:
Keep soil moist and feed every 4 weeks. Harvest outer leaves before they get stringy. Store extra seeds in a cool dry place. Heat and moisture severely reduce germination.
