Application Instructions:
Apply as directed and work into the top 4 to 5 inches of soil. When possible, organic matter such as compost, humus, or peat moss should be mixed into the top 4 to 5 inches of soil. Apply in a narrow band around single plants or along each side of row. Keep 3 inches from plant stems.
- Gardens: apply 5 lbs. of Garden-tone per 100 square feet (or 1 cup per 7 sq. ft.)
- Seedlings: Feed 1 week to 10 days after planting
- Single Plants: Single plants 1/4 cup per plant, once a month during the growing season.
- Rows: 1 cup to each side of 5 feet of row or 8 lbs. per 100 feet of row.
