Rotenone Pyrethrin 8 Oz. Concentrate

Effective, but not natural
I have used this product for a couple of seasons in my garden, and it will effectively control the listed pests on a variety of food crops, but the active ingredients are carried in a flammable petroleum solvent base, so it is not a natural or organic pest control solution. In fact, when measuring the concentrate, I used a plastic spoon, and the concentrate promptly ate a hole through the bottom of the spoon! In stronger dilutions required for more difficult pests on tomatoes, I have found that this product will cause phytotoxicity (leaf burn), and I suspect that the solvent carrier is responsible. While this product works, I would love it far more if Bonide would use a safe organic base instead of petroleum distillates for its carrier.
