coastal South Carolina
I used this stuff for the first time in April 2009 on a deck on the Isle of Palms that gets litle to no sun year round and is covered by live oak trees. Have to pressure wash several times a year. Since April this deck contnues to look great. I did pressure wash it before applying this product but it looks like I've found a winner in Wet and Forget. Buying it by the gfallon for use on rental units. BC
